Digital products

Our products are digital and delivered instantly after payment, so refunds are handled case by case.

When you can request a refund

• You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if:
• (a) you did not receive the file or cannot access it,
• (b) the file is corrupted or unreadable and we cannot fix it, or
• (c) the product is materially different from its description.

Before buying, please read the Availability Notice on the product page. TikTok Shop creator affiliate availability varies by country and can change. Please verify availability in your country using TikTok's official sources before purchasing.

When refunds are not provided

Refunds are generally not provided if you changed your mind after downloading, or if the program is unavailable in your country despite the notice shown on the product page.

How to request a refund

Email dropmastery.services@gmail.com with your order email and a short description of the problem. We reply within 2 business days.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment provider (Whop). Processing time depends on your bank or provider.
